Deep Industries Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Advait Greenergy Private Limited to collaborate on the development of green hydrogen projects in India. Through this strategic partnership, the two companies aim to strengthen their presence in the rapidly emerging green hydrogen sector, which is becoming a critical pillar of India’s clean energy transition.

Joint Participation in Major Government Tenders

Under the agreement, the companies will jointly bid for green hydrogen project tenders issued by leading public sector undertakings. These include organizations such as NTPC Limited, Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, and GAIL (India) Limited, along with other government-supported entities. By combining resources and expertise, the companies intend to participate in large-scale hydrogen infrastructure and production projects that are expected to emerge under India’s expanding clean energy programs.
