EU committee confirms 2040 target for CO2 cuts, ETS2 delay
(Montel) The EU’s plan to cut emissions 90% from 1990 levels by 2040 and delay starting the emissions trading system for buildings and transport (EU ETS2) by a year to 2028 inched forward late on Monday.
