“Can you give me more ketchup, please?” is a phrase we have repeated to exhaustion in most fast food restaurants (and even in those that are not fast food). Well, in the European Union this is going to stop being a habit because, by January 2030, bars, restaurants and hotels will be prohibited from using the classic single use packets (ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, oil and other condiments) when consumption is on the premises.

There will be no more single serve packets on tables, more than one person will be happy because they always had to ask someone to open them.
