Indian engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm Hartek Power Pvt Ltd has been hired to install a 280-MWac/410-MWdc solar park with a co-located battery of 80 MW/320 MWh in the state of Karnataka.

The contract is worth some INR 3.53 billion (USD 38.8m/EUR 33.2m), Hartek said without specifying the name of the assignor. The scope of the award covers the design, engineering, supply, installation and commissioning of the facility and also includes the delivery of operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the site for one year.
