Drivers switching to E.ON Next’s Next Drive tariff with an Ohme charger will receive £75 credit and off-peak rates.

Ohme has announced a new collaboration with energy provider E.ON Next to offer cheaper home EV charging for new and existing customers.

The partnership centres around E.ON Next’s Next Drive tariff, which offers the UK’s longest and lowest overnight off-peak charging window—running seven hours from midnight to 7am at just 6.7p/kWh.

According to Ohme, that allows drivers to fully charge a Smart #1 ev with a 49kWh battery for just £3.29, covering a range of up to 193 miles.
