Paprec acquires majority stake in Austrian waste company Brantner Green Solutions
French recycling and waste management group Paprec is continuing its acquisition-led growth and entering new markets in Central and Eastern Europe. The company will become the strategic majority shareholder in Brantner Green Solutions, the environmental services and waste management division of the Austrian Brantner Group headquartered in Krems, the transaction partners announced on Tuesday.
